About my practice
I believe in individual, appropriate care for each child's need and a team approach for more complex conditions. I believe in allowing the member and his or her family to participate and engage in making decisions, as positive outcomes are more likely.
How I thrive
My tips for living well: Focus on the goal and keep striving to reach it. Surround yourself with positive energy and positive people. Eat healthy, get a lot of sunshine, take a hike, reflect, and recharge with some quiet time
